All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with the security seal intact to qualify for a refund or replacement.

  Provide high-resolution photographs of the jewelry and the original certification documents for a preliminary remote inspection by our gemologists.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original velvet box and outer packaging, ensuring all authenticity certificates and invoices are included before sealing the parcel.

  Insured Transit

  Our logistics partner will schedule a secure, insured pickup from your location to safely transport the piece back to our flagship laboratory for final verification.
